Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, candidates, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and common spaces, ensuring a professional office environment.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments, managing conference room bookings and preparation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring all necessary materials are stocked.
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding paperwork and record-keeping, under supervision.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for internal and external company functions.
- Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues (printers, copiers) and liaise with IT support when necessary.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
