Key Responsibilities

- Monitor stock levels, identify fast-moving and slow-moving items, and communicate inventory needs to management.
- Implement promotional displays and signage accurately and on time to support marketing campaigns.
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and proper pricing of all merchandise and display areas.
- Conduct regular store walk-throughs to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales associates to optimize product placement and store layout.
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in retail merchandising or visual display.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer buying behavior.
- Excellent visual merchandising skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to interpret and execute planograms and merchandising directives.
