Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions, under strict supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting patients warmly and assisting with general queries.
- Manage stock control, including receiving, unpacking, checking, and putting away orders.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized pharmacy environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Process sales at the till, handling cash and card payments accurately.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and direct queries appropriately.
- Assist with the ordering of medicines and pharmaceutical products.
- Adhere to all pharmacy policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Refer any patient queries requiring professional advice to the Pharmacist.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
