Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of complex IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing guidance and support to project team members.
- Ensure adherence to Tietoevry's project management methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and post-project reviews.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrable expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
