Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel laundry department.
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of laundry attendants, ensuring high standards of productivity and quality.
- Oversee the washing, drying, pressing, folding, and delivery of all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all items meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Manage laundry inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.
- Conduct regular inspections of laundry equipment and coordinate with the maintenance department for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
