Aidea Inc. is seeking a talented and highly motivated Architectural Designer with exceptional AutoCAD skills to join our award-winning team in Taguig City. This pivotal role requires a creative individual who can translate conceptual designs into precise, detailed technical drawings and construction documents, playing a crucial part in bringing groundbreaking architectural visions to life. As an Architectural Designer, you will be instrumental in all phases of project development, from initial concept generation and schematic design through design development, construction documentation, and even construction administration support. You will collaborate closely with senior architects, project managers, and interdisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure design integrity, technical accuracy, and seamless coordination across all project facets. Your contributions will directly impact the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and client expectations.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere drafting; you will be expected to actively contribute innovative ideas during design charrettes, participate in rigorous design critiques, and proactively identify potential design challenges, proposing effective and efficient solutions. This is an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in large-scale, complex projects that demand a high level of technical proficiency, artistic vision, and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is not only proficient in industry-standard design software but also possesses a strong understanding of local building codes, diverse construction methods, material properties, and sustainable design principles. This role offers substantial growth potential within a company that deeply values professional development, continuous learning, and an unwavering commitment to design excellence. Join us and help shape the skylines of tomorrow.
