As an Insurance Agent, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, responsible for identifying client needs, educating them on a range of insurance products (life, health, property, casualty), and tailoring solutions that provide comprehensive protection. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships within Guarimpa Estate and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Present, explain, and sell various insurance policies, including life, health, auto, home, and business insurance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Assist clients with the claims process, guiding them through documentation, submission, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate quotes, applications, and policy summaries.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
