Key Responsibilities
- Undergo and successfully complete comprehensive training on the safe and efficient operation of various heavy machinery.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders as assigned, following all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Perform daily pre-operation and post-operation inspections on machinery, reporting any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, moving earth, grading surfaces, and other tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure machinery is kept in good working condition.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong willingness and aptitude to learn and master new skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
