Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions knowledgeably.
- Efficiently deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring presentation and timeliness.
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor table rotation and guest needs to provide proactive and attentive service.
