Key Responsibilities
- Assist the van driver with loading, unloading, and organizing goods in the delivery van according to delivery schedules and safety protocols.
- Verify merchandise against delivery notes to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Help navigate delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure efficient and timely deliveries across Dubai Marina and surrounding areas.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Ensure the safe handling and transport of all goods, preventing damage during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the delivery van.
- Assist with basic vehicle checks and report any issues to the driver or supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Collect proof of delivery, signatures, and payments (if required) from customers.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any unforeseen delays.
