  • Facilitate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
  • Define and document current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and align with architectural standards.
  • Support testing activities, including defining test cases, reviewing test plans, and validating that developed solutions meet specified requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, ensuring stories are ready for development sprints.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, escalating as appropriate and proposing mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
