Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages following company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and responding to inquiries and feedback.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment, including brewing stations, customer areas, and restrooms.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, communicating needs to management.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
