Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the shop with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products and answer any questions they may have about merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly and reconcile daily takings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and display areas.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are well-arranged and priced correctly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock and conducting stock counts.
- Promote special offers, new products, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating when necessary.
