Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior machine operators with setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines following established procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace around the machinery and production floor.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and operational protocols.
- Report any machine malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
- Support the production team in achieving daily output targets and deadlines.
- Assist with basic machine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Package and prepare finished goods for storage or shipment as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a productive and positive work environment.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required (full training provided)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to learn more
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20kg), and perform repetitive tasks
