As a Factory Packing Assistant, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced production line, working closely with a team to maintain operational flow and product integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality defects before packaging.
- Accurately pack finished goods into designated containers or boxes.
- Label packages correctly with product information and batch numbers.
- Monitor production lines to ensure continuous and smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and recording packed items.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in other general factory duties as required by management.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
