Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and care for children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
• Organize and participate in educational and recreational activities suitable for children’s age and development.
• Assist with homework and school projects, fostering a love for learning.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children, adhering to dietary needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children, including tidying play areas.
• Manage children’s schedules, including appointments and extracurricular activities.
• Communicate regularly and openly with parents regarding children’s progress and daily events.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Nanny or Childcare Provider.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to cook nutritious meals.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clean background check and professional references.

Preferred Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualification or related training.
• Experience with multiple children or specific age groups (e.g., infants, toddlers).
• Knowledge of child development stages and positive discipline techniques.
