Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers according to scheduled routes and timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage, answering questions, and ensuring a comfortable ride.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentable condition of the vehicle at all times.
- Accurately complete trip logs, passenger manifests, and other required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and passengers.
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for pickups and drop-offs.
Required Skills
- Valid South African Code 8 (B) Driver's License.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 25 kg).
- Basic knowledge of the Durban area and road networks.
