Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and tracking shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Support the coordination of logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products from suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve any supply chain related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain operations, data entry, and documentation.
- Generate reports on inventory status, logistics performance, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant international and local regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to forecast demand and plan for future supply chain needs.
