Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, managing a till and processing payments.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene responsibly when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Restock inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures.
- Assist in opening and closing duties for the bar at the start and end of shifts.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or Bartender, preferably in an evening shift setting.
- Excellent knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
