Key Responsibilities
- Assist Vocational Instructors in preparing and delivering engaging practical and theoretical lessons.
- Support the setup and dismantling of equipment and materials for workshop sessions.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students during practical activities and exercises.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment in classrooms and workshops.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, preparing handouts, and maintaining student records.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback under the guidance of instructors.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the training facility.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance instructional skills.
