Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, perming, and treatments for diverse clientele.
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look, offering expert advice on hair care, style, and product usage.
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous education and training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with salon and health regulations.
- Manage client appointments, maintain accurate client records, and contribute to salon retail sales.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring an exceptional client experience from arrival to departure.
- Collaborate effectively with salon management and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Actively participate in salon promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, demonstrating a broad range of cutting and styling techniques.
- Proficiency in various hair coloring methods (highlights, balayage, full color, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid professional cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing previous hair styling and coloring work.
