Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior maintenance technicians with routine preventative maintenance tasks on factory machinery.
- Help diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues under supervision.
- Perform minor repairs and replacements of components as instructed by senior staff.
- Conduct daily checks and inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop, tools, and equipment storage areas.
- Support the installation and setup of new machinery and production lines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Document maintenance activities, log completed tasks, and report any significant findings or issues.
- Transport tools, equipment, and parts to various work sites within the factory.
- Learn to operate various hand and power tools safely and effectively under guidance.
Required Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong eagerness to learn industrial maintenance.
