Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo from trucks, aircraft, or containers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (with training provided).
- Inspect cargo for damage and ensure proper documentation, including labels and manifests.
- Sort and stack freight according to destination, size, type, and specific handling instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all company and regulatory safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support cargo operations and meet operational demands.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs regularly, 75+ lbs occasionally) in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.

- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions and environments (warehouse, ramp, outdoor).
