Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of visual merchandising displays according to planograms and brand guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock on the sales floor, maintaining optimal product levels.
- Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the merchandising team on best-sellers and slow-moving items.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, display areas, and stockroom.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation as required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product knowledge is shared and promotions are effectively communicated.
- Support the setup and takedown of seasonal promotions, sales events, and new product launches.
- Ensure all pricing, signage, and promotional materials are current and correctly displayed.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and location when needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of visual aesthetics and merchandising principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and arrange merchandise (up to 15-20 kg).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (even part-time) in a retail or customer service role.
- Knowledge of current retail trends and competitor activities in Ajman.
