Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate receiving, inspection, and storing of incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain precise inventory records and update stock levels using company's inventory management software.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies found.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct items are picked, packaged, and accompanied by proper documentation.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse space, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient item placement.
- Support the implementation of inventory control processes and adherence to best practices.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after receiving appropriate training.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
