Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Process guest payments accurately using the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to special requests or concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
