Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, conducting regular audits, and minimizing discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and operational procedures for maximum efficiency and safety, adhering to industry best practices.
- Schedule and track deliveries, liaising with drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate product distribution.
- Prepare and process all necessary logistics documentation, such as waybills, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies promptly, collaborating with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
