Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists/purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
- Accurately record and document all incoming and outgoing inventory using company systems.
- Prepare outgoing orders, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks manually or using appropriate equipment (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shipping and receiving area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding shipment status and issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
