Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, including perimeters, common areas, and designated checkpoints, to prevent unauthorized access and detect suspicious activities.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to identify and report security breaches, ensuring timely intervention.
- Control access points, verify credentials of visitors, residents, and contractors, and maintain accurate logs of all entries and exits.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established protocols and escalating issues as necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and visitors to maintain a harmonious living environment.
- Provide assistance to residents and visitors with security-related inquiries or concerns, demonstrating a professional and helpful demeanor and acting as a first point of contact for security matters.
