Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials, visual aids, and classroom displays.
- Provide one-on-one or small group instructional support to students requiring additional help.
- Help maintain classroom order and a positive learning atmosphere.
- Supervise students during non-instructional periods, including breaks, lunch, and extracurricular activities.
- Support administrative tasks such as taking attendance, organizing student records, and grading simple assignments.
- Facilitate classroom activities and projects, ensuring students are engaged and on task.
- Communicate effectively with teachers regarding student progress, challenges, and behavioral observations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment.
