Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Document observations, patient input, and changes in patient condition, reporting any concerns promptly to supervising nurses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, ensuring comfort and hygiene.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, utilizing proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a reassuring and respectful atmosphere.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, infection control policies, and facility guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
