Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze samples using various laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Perform routine laboratory tests, experiments, and procedures under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental data, observations, and results.
- Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and sterile techniques.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and organizing reagents and chemicals.
- Assist senior researchers with experimental design, data interpretation, and report generation.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and learning from experienced scientists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory workspace.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge in scientific principles (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, preparing solutions, sterile technique).
- Ability to accurately record and analyze data.
