Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from initial client brief to successful placement.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber IT professionals using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and career guidance.
- Consult with clients to understand their technical requirements, company culture, and hiring objectives.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, market conditions, and compensation benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful placements in various IT domains (e.g., Software Development, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Science).
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
