Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas by setting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring all condiments are stocked and readily available.
- Assist waiters in serving food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously.
- Clear tables promptly, remove soiled dishes, glassware, and cutlery, and reset tables for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including side stations, service areas, and dining space.
- Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other guest requests as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and waiters to ensure smooth service flow.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to enhance their dining experience.
