Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Director in the conceptualisation and development of creative strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative techniques to inform projects.
- Prepare comprehensive materials for client presentations, pitches, and internal reviews, including mood boards, mock-ups, and storyboards.
- Organise and maintain creative assets, project files, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow and easy retrieval.
- Take detailed notes during brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and internal critiques, ensuring all key points and action items are captured.
- Provide administrative support to the Creative Director, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., design, copy, account management) to ensure creative vision aligns with project objectives and timelines.
- Contribute to light graphic design tasks, image sourcing, and content formatting under guidance.
- Support in the proofreading and quality assurance of creative outputs before final delivery.
Required Skills
