Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and accurately verify incoming shipments against invoices and manifests.
- Carefully pick and pack products according to specific order requirements and company standards.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling, scanning, and organizing for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor discrepancies in shipments or orders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment process.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
