Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer with proven experience in AutoCAD to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles, design software, and construction processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects from concept to completion, working closely with a team of experienced architects, engineers, and construction professionals. You will be involved in all phases of the design process, from initial client consultations and site analysis to detailed drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Prepare design presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
- Adhere to building codes and regulations.
- Contribute to the overall design vision and quality of projects.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
