Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or using handheld scanners.
- Efficiently and securely pack items according to company standards and specific packaging guidelines.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse organization.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and order fulfillment targets.
- Operate manual material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and integrity before packing and shipment.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read order sheets and count items.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
