Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our branch manager and team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems (both physical and digital), assisting with client relations, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, mail).
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with client inquiries and provide general administrative support.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Handle travel arrangements for executives when needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
