Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, ensuring all areas are secure.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, reporting any suspicious activities immediately.
- Control access points, verifying identity and authorizing entry for approved personnel and visitors.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by all occupants and visitors.
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and provide basic first aid if required.
- Collaborate with senior security personnel and management to enhance security measures.
- Report maintenance issues or hazards observed during patrols.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents and visitors.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in security or a related field (even if minimal).
