Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments (e.g., perms, relaxers) for diverse client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and hair type, recommending appropriate services and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and suitable product usage for at-home maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and training.
