Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering insightful recommendations and answering questions.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, elegantly, and according to established service standards.
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, anticipating and addressing needs.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appealing presentation of dining areas and workstations.
