Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and selections in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process returns/exchanges.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor, fitting rooms, and display areas to high standards.
- Receive, unpack, and process stock deliveries efficiently, ensuring items are correctly stored or displayed.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are well-presented, correctly priced, and easily accessible.
- Assist with visual merchandising, setting up engaging displays, and rearranging products to enhance store appearance.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting suspicious activity to management.
