Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to emergency calls for roadside assistance across Ado-Ekiti and surrounding areas.
- Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting, diagnostics, and minor repairs such as tire changes, jump-starts, battery swaps, and fuel delivery.
- Assist lead mechanics with more complex repairs, vehicle recovery operations, and towing preparations.
- Ensure the safe operation of all tools and equipment, strictly adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with stranded motorists, providing clear updates and reassurance.
- Maintain accurate service records and submit detailed reports of services rendered.
- Keep the service vehicle and all equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Required Skills
