Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team responsible for staff lodging facilities.
- Conduct daily inspections of all staff rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and time.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels and preparing requisitions.
- Oversee the proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring safety compliance.
- Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints from staff residents promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for timely repairs and upkeep of lodging facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, staff assignments, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide regular feedback and conduct performance appraisals for housekeeping staff.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
