Based in Fujairah City, you will be at the forefront of guiding aspiring students through critical educational decisions, from university admissions to career planning. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to students and parents on higher education options, admission procedures, and career pathways relevant to their profiles and aspirations.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Assist students in preparing and submitting comprehensive application documents, including personal statements, essays, and recommendation letters.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in global education, university programs, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.
- Organize and participate in educational seminars, workshops, and recruitment events to promote various educational institutions and programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international universities and educational partners.
- Track student application progress, follow up with institutions, and provide timely updates to students and their families.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and databases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract prospective students.
- Offer post-admission support, including guidance on visa applications, accommodation, and pre-departure briefings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in educational counseling or student advisory services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused approach with a high degree of empathy and patience.
- Understanding of the UAE education system and international academic standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
