Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure all linen and towels are changed and fresh supplies are readily available.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
- Comply with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding promptly to requests.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
