Job Description
As the Head of Business Banking Product, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing the strategic direction for our business banking product portfolio in the Epe region. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team, drive growth, and shape the future of our banking products. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing management. This includes market research, competitor analysis, product strategy definition, pricing, and go-to-market planning. You will also be responsible for ensuring the products meet regulatory requirements and comply with all bank policies and procedures. You will need to be an innovative leader, able to understand the dynamic needs of the business banking sector and translate those needs into successful product offerings. This position requires a highly motivated individual with proven leadership skills and experience managing a team, ideally within a financial institution. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various teams across the bank including marketing, sales, IT, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the product strategy for the Business Banking portfolio in Epe.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define product specifications, features, and pricing.
- Lead the product development process, from concept to launch.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including ongoing maintenance and updates.
- Ensure product compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers and analysts.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze product performance data and make recommendations for improvements.

- Proven experience in product management within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the business banking sector and its unique needs.
