Key Responsibilities
- Execute diverse photographic assignments, including corporate events, social gatherings, commercial product shoots, portraits, and architectural photography.
- Consult with clients to understand project scope, objectives, and specific creative requirements.
- Plan and prepare for shoots, including location scouting, equipment selection, and lighting setup.
- Capture high-quality, visually appealing images that meet client specifications and artistic standards.
- Utilize advanced photography techniques, composition, and lighting to achieve desired aesthetics.
- Efficiently manage post-production workflows, including culling, editing, retouching, and color grading images using professional software.
- Deliver final images in specified formats and resolutions within agreed-upon timelines.
- Maintain and organize a digital archive of all photographic assets.
- Manage personal professional photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Events and/or Commercial Photographer.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in both event and commercial photography.
- Mastery of professional DSLR or mirrorless camera systems, lenses, and accessories.
- Proficiency in various lighting techniques (natural, artificial, studio flash).
- Expert-level command of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One for image editing and retouching.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
