Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand event objectives, vision, and budget for both weddings and corporate events.
- Develop detailed event proposals, concepts, and mood boards tailored to client specifications.
- Create and manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial parameters.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with a wide range of vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers, and technical suppliers.
- Design detailed event timelines, production schedules, and logistical plans.
- Coordinate all aspects of event setup, execution, and breakdown, overseeing on-site teams and vendors.
- Manage client communication and expectations throughout the planning process, providing regular updates and solutions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans for smooth event execution.
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations, permits, and contractual agreements.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
